1. Know the part of the test question(introduction; stem; choices)
2. Read the questions carefully and look for KEYWORDS in the stem of the question. (FIRST,PRIMARY, INITIAL, EARLY, BEST, MOST, LEAST, MOST IMPORTANT, PRIORITY, EXCEPT)
3.  Identify the “THEME”( in NLE most of the questions in every  situations are related)
4. Eliminate the “OBIOUSLY” wrong choices (do not answer unless you deduct your choices to TWO.
5. Select responses which are;  THERAPEUTIC, SHOWS RESPECT AND COMMUNICATE ACCEPTANCE
6. Know the  BASIC PRINCIPLES- with complicated and simple questions, in everyway possible apply them.
